[Locked] Firefox is acting like a bitch...

For some reason, I can't access to Fakku whenever I use my Firefox browser... this appears instead...



as of now, I'm using ninjacloak.com to gain access to the somehow-blocked Fakku...

Anybody know of a remedy for this?

ahh.. try to delete all your cookies and temporary files...

Wouldn't downloading cc cleaner be more efficient?

Have you tried updating to the newest version of FF yet? Version 3.6 is out now, and supposedly it's a lot more stable than the previous version. Give it a shot if you have the time.

Hmm this is strange. I recommend clearing out all of your cookies and cache. In Firefox you can do that with Tools -> Clear Recent History, and select everything.

FINALLY!!! I cleared my cookies and caches and I finally got a chance to enter Fakku again! using ninjacloak was a pain coz it slowed the speed down to a measly 11kbps.

Idk about stable. Mines has crashed atleast 4 times and it keeps logging me out on Fakku when I check " Keep me logged on this computer"

Oh. I thought, it was some technical bug in Fakku... the same thing happens to me minus the crashing part.

I have no intention of upgrading my Firefox to 3.5 though since some addons there don't work.

Maybe it is Fakku. I miss my sxipper add on

No problem, Norton does not support sane resource consumption, so it will give you the chance to change :D

I personally utilize Web of Trust. It's less intrusive.

Anyone experiencing that the memory Firefox uses increases tremendously over time if it is just left on without anyone using it? If I just leave the computer with Firefox on for a couple of hours (maybe 3, or perhaps 4?), the memory usage has almost doubled from what it were when I was surfing at it before. Well, I dunno if this is normal, and it's no big problem, all you need to do is restart it. Still, a bit of a pain in the ass.

Memory leaks are very common in FF, not much to do about it.

Correction: Memory leaks in Adobe's Flash Plugin are really common. Check it out. Disable flash and all of a sudden FF's footprint becomes stabilized.
