no need to hide it. Hentai manga goes to my Hentai Manga folder, Hentai anime and occasional porn goes to the Video folder.

"x" is my doujin folder, "hentai" is my vids and "Downloads" is the shit I haven't sorted just yet.

my documents/my pictures/H: for hentai and there are some other subdirectories in there for scanned volumes that I post on Fakku

Almost the same as mine. Downloads folder is the same too.
I have folders containing H-stuff hidden in windows media player folder.
H-Manga=Doujins
H-Vids=Hentai
H-games=Hentai games
Downloads with all kinds of stuff.
