i used to have some nuts allergy but i got over it. whew...but well it really sucks to have food allergies...
and some rice based dish? easy...SUSHI.

Doesn't rice have gluten in it? Well...white rice...Brown rice is ok, I think.

None that I know of... well, I recall eating an omelet squid when I was a kid, and my mouth just suddenly became itchy. I haven't eaten any kind of squid dish ever since, so I'm not really certain if I'm allergic to it. (I didn't even like its taste anyway) :roll:

rice itself is gluten free, but sometimes rice is sprayed with a vitamin rich coating, which contains gluten, so you basically have to check!
and im actually a girl...
and im not sure if the cheese in risotto is entirely real...

risotto is fun to play with and it goes well with almost any type of veggie. If you like seafood, you can do a sweet pea and lobster. For steak or veal mushrooms are nice and so is asparagus. You can do anything for chicken but I would do a roasted red pepper or a sun dried tomato risotto. Parm cheese is used to thicken up and give taste to a risotto but isnt necessary imo. As long as you have a stock and butter your good to go.
