I watch a few shows on there. I used to watch the older Iron Chef and when IC America came on i kinda got disgusted by it bu after a while of it being on i started watching it from time to time. Um...I watch Good Eats, Unwrapped, and ace of cakes from time to time. >.> great now my stomach is growling from talking about the network.

Not Food Network, but I enjoy watching the cooking shows on Create TV. Odd though, I don't cook and I'm not too interested in cooking yet I enjoy watching those shows.

i watch food network mainly in the evening since the more interesting shows are on then like ace of cakes, food network challenge, next food network star, etc.

i guess for me my only complaint is alot of the early morning/day shows tend to be boring, since most of the time i'm left feeling like im watching a recipe be done by live ppl rather then following it in a book. If they could be a little more interesting (like good eats) then i could watch them more.

Me! I liked Alton Brown's Show (I forget the name >.<) and Unwrapped. I used to like Rachael Ray's show but I sent her a letter a few years ago and she didn't write back. I was depressed. O.O Lol. I occassionally watch it now. Oh! And I like watching that one recent show where they mix food and science? I forget the name. ;_;

GOOD EATS! is Alton Brown's show(who rules!)...actaully there was a local Diner on food networks show Diners Drive ins and Dives (they serve a hot roast beef sammich the size of my head...with potatoes.)

I like watching the Food Network for some ideas about food. Especially when I hit mental roadblocks as to what could I cook for dinner (I actually picked up a nice recipe there, it's called the Beef and Chicken stew, my parents liked it).

Well, sometimes I watch it on lazy weekend afternoons when I get bored with ESPN or HBO.

my family refuses to watch food network before or after a meal....it makes them hungry. or more so for the latter

Travel Channel is better. Andrew Zimmern is the shit.

but...I try not to watch that channel a lot because it ends to make my mouth water and upset me when i cant make the food they just made on TV!

usually the travel channel is surprisingly alot better.
If you want to cook something off a show,I suggest any Nigella Lawson shows.Her recipes are all easy
