Crayfish and choritso sandwitch


Pan fryed Asparagus with crayfish and choritso with lime aioli


A sallad with cucumber, blanched sugar snapps, rosted pine nuts, peppers tomato and Smoked makrill

2x BBQ Chicken Pizza with egg bagel, grilled onions, diced cilantro, bbq sauce, mozzarella cheese, and of course, chicken breast.

This makes me miss making sandwiches!

I love making stuffed green peppers! Soooo delicious! I like stuffing them with chicken or hamburger, tomato sauce, lemon juice (so much lemon juice) spices, a bit of butter, and tomato chunks!

I. Absolutely. Love. Stuff Bell Peppers. Never tried it with lemon juice though. (That sounds so good!! Genius!)

And that picture looks great don't worry. We get to see the innards of that lovely plate! Drool-worthy!

Thanks! The lemon juice I find just adds that extra flavor to it, because sometimes I find just with the rice, tomato and meat it's a little dry tasting, and even with spices I feel like somethings missing, with the lemon juice it just adds that extra kick <3.

I forgot that I had made the stuffed peppers with red peppers once too! So good!



Also BACON PANCAKES! (Actually made by my wonderful boyfriend as a bed in breakfast :3) [Trick is put the bacon on the pan after it's cooked, then pour the mix on top of it! so goooood]

My homemade rice and veggie soup! (This was simple, I just used a powder broth, cut up and cooked come carrots, bok choy and rice, through it all in, let it cook together so that it got all the flavors and done :D)

Oh, sweet Jesus. The first thing I saw when I super scrolled down this post was that bacon and I nearly peed with glee (XD!) The sheer thought of me actually making that makes me breathless *turns away to wipe a tear* Your boyfriend is very lucky indeed. ( I must know the recipe!) And the rest looks so adorably fantastic! <3 ('Dat Soup!) it all looks so good! You must like to experiment a lot in the kitchen!! i'm tying to experiment too. I've done good so far! (Though sometimes I wish for a good fire to get the blood pumping. XD j/k)

I hope when I share my stuff it'll look as cool as that! Hearts are hard..
