Wow, that's truly ridiculous. Whether I was the male, Jeff, or the female, I'd be pissed off. I don't think it's necessary to cuff the female that whole time, especially not if she wasn't doing any harm. Plus, there were ten officers. Is it really necessary to have one person cuffed when there are ten people in the area (to maintain "control"). I guess it could help for safety but from the looks of things, they were the ones causing problems, not the female. And three hours in cuffs is ridiculous.
I'd be pretty pissed if my place was torn apart, especially if the police are aiming to take my computer and all.... is it really necessary to destroy so much in the process of taking away a computer, and extra parts to it? I guess, as stated in the article, it was a retaliation type thing.

Seriously screwed up is this. they break into and tear up his place, steal his stuff, take personal files, handcuff his female roommate, break into his safe... where do the police come off?
i have some much stuff on my computer that if it ever got taken there would be a seriously heavy lawsuit. my life is on this computer.
how many amendment rights and laws were violated here?
in addition to that, what fucked up judge would sign a warrant to allow this shit to happen? and how in the world is this petty theft? there was no stealing of any kind at all. not even of information. the information was given to him.
i can't believe this is still a pending lawsuit. the responsible parties should already have their ass handed to them in court with heavy fines and had the socks sued off of them.

This is seriously fucked up. This judge is a total fucktard for authorizing the warrant. And those 10 officers too, man fucking bastards. Why the shit hell are you handcuffing a girl and retraining her when you got 10 fucking officers running around?! They made a really good name for themselves...

It's not surprising. Those fucking pigs are always like this. I don't have anything against the ones that actually do their job the right way; but there are just too many stories that I've heard of that just pisses me off. Not to mention a few personal experiences. Seriously, they need to get their act together.
