It is Gaki no Tsukai. Its one of the batsu games.
Downtown is actually the name that Matsumoto and Hamada go by as a owarai kombi. Unless you're talking about one of the shows they hosted in the past.

It is Gaki no Tsukai. Its one of the batsu games.
