Well if I was born a different gender, I think I would be different in personality. I'm a cute guy (so people say) and as such I would be a cute girl. So different choices in life, different friends, as such a different personality.
Hentai and gaming though, is something I grew up with the introduction of the internet and computers, so that would most likely stay the same in that area.

gender swap, geez i can really imagine being born as a woman, as i think being a woman is a bit easier than being a man, being a woman you will only have to choose the right guy to marry, while being a man its hard to deal with the world coz ya gotta have to work hard for all of it if you want to be chosen by the right woman for ya.

.. arts not amazing but the characters are interesting especially since there is a sexual tension between the girl and the boy turned girl heh

Getting back on topic, if I were to become a female, then Fakku would most probably see a spike in the number of members, since there are not many hentai sites that have an active female Mod. (Actually, I can think of two at the moment.) :D
I doubt anyone can adapt easily to a sudden switch in gender. One has to learn how to use the ladies or gents differently and in my own personal opinion, I don't think the process of wearing a bra for the very first time is a simple task.
