lol I brush after every meal and use three different mouth washes :p Its not a matter of 'easy good teeth' i'm just curious if something laced in sugar would really benefit teeth :p

It's the xylitol in them that makes them healthy for your teeth, or so I've been told for the past few years.

Come to think of it, local dentists (I'm Finnish by the way) always tell me to chew xylitol gums at least once a day, even though it's a real pain and I don't really like it.

to the question, so far i've never bothered to look up what's actually inside the gum. I just chew them because, I don't know I just ''want'' to chew em >_<
And so far my teeth's okay.

my mother is a dental hygienist and she recommends chewing certain types of gums or certain brands. mostly trident. that tends to be the best for you teeth. while we're on the gum topic, has anyone every eaten those gum vitamins? :?
