Has an anime ever made you cry?

Once. AnoHana made me cry like a little bitch.

a lot of animes made me cry like a little girl. and im not ashamed to say that!

Yes I shed Manly tears when Kamina died. (Tenga Toppa Gurren Lagann)

The Animes that had made me cry so far were Yuyu Hakusho, Anohana, Tears to Tiara and Kaminai. Just hope that ain't the end of it...

I haven't cried over some thing anime related in years. It was one episode of Rurouni Kenshin when it was still showed on Toonami. I don't remember which episode but I know that I cried. The only other times I can think of being brought close to tears was in the episode of the Da Capo anime where Yoriko left to return to her owner. Next, like other posters, Hughes funeral in FMA. In the case of a VN, when Illya died in the F/SN route Heaven Feel to stop the corrupted grail.

Yes a lot anime have made me cry but a lot are me cry do to me being happy. Angel Beats is one, Fairy Tail and Sword art online had a few that got to me.
Death Note .
Code Geass the ending made me cry a little.
and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann .
But i believe the one that got to me a lot was Strawberry Panic :'( the feels i had for that anime.

There are plenty of moments in anime that make me cry. I can think of at least 4 moments that were caused by Fairy Tail alone.

Elfen Lied. That entire series was designed to depress.

One Piece Episodes Made me cry Manly tears like Usopp leaving the crew after the battle between Luffy, Nico Robin's Past, the Viking Funeral of Going Merry, Usopp rejoining the Strawhats,Brook's Backstory with Laboon & the Rumbar Pirates, Strawhats annihilation to Shichibukai Kuma at Saobady Archipelago,& the Death of Ace in the hands of Admiral Akainu in the Best of War at Marineford.

I almost cried in gosick ad toradora

I'm a man and can admit the last episode of "Dusk maiden of Amnesia" almost made me cry, when they were saying goodbye to each other.

I cried bitch tears during episode ten of Ef: a Tale of Melodies.

Many times.
And could happen again.
