Having a block with players ....

Actually i have been running on K-Lite codec for sometime until recently that i have been let down once again by the slow match between the picture and sound of the anime i watch and also some formats like mp4 file being unable to play so i ask of you all Fakku! family members here share with me what players or codec your using for your anime browsing, and recommend it to me, if it is not too bothersome i would also ask of you to provide the link as well, is ok if you feel lazy but i really need help and recommendations here so my Fakku! family members please help...

That's amazing ... mainly because the first thing people tell you when installing a codec pack, is to delete all other codecs currently installed because a lot of problems seem to arise from having the same codec twice.

I also get some audio desyncing with some fansubs. I think it has to do with computer specs and the encoding process.

My old computer was doing that as well, here is what I did.

1. Tracked down a copy of CoreAVC(Google is your friend)
2. Install it and disable the H264 Video Decoder in FFDShow. You can find it in the CCCP settings Start Menu Shortcut.
3. PM if you need help(my directions after midnight dont make much sense)

Well following your advice was great everything cleared up and things were running smooth and just when i thought my problems are over it freaking re-surface when i was watching another new anime the file type of the anime was Matroska Media file it was supposed to be MKV which could be fine if it would so i would like to ask anymore solutions ? or do i have to give up the site i am downloading from...? seriouly need help with this guys...

May I inquire as to how fast your computer is? I've found that on my slower computers, any MKV's crash the media player instantly, no matter what codec I use.

If you don't know exactly, follow the following commands.
Press the Windows Key + R and type in dxdiag. Let it run, it might take some time. Click Save All Information down the bottom next to Exit and just save it as a text document on your desktop. Open it up and copy and paste the System Information part, which should be the first bit. Here's what mine looks like, to give you a hint.

Aha. Your computer is slightly behind todays standards [as stupidly high as they are] and perhaps the higher resolution video can't be processed by your computer.

Simply: It could also be just having a slow computer. I suggest trying the files in VLC as well.

If you could throw me a download link to the first file, I might be able to see if it crashes my 1.2ghz laptop or 667mhz server.

Probably won't play well on your computer regardless of codecs used. You'd have to convert them or look for a different source that doesn't use MKVs. I recommend the second option.
