help me!! ipod corruption

I have a 5th gen 30 gb ipod, for the past 2 years i had no problem and now all my music/videos are gone. anyone know a good mac/windows program that can recover it?

You were lucky to get 2 years out of it.

I don't get what the problem is. Can't you just restore it in iTunes and sync all your music back on?
