HijackThis Log: Help Requested

So, my mom drives me nuts :|
I'm over 700 miles away, and I don't know a thing about computers, but she insists on me helping with her computer. I finally managed to get her to use hijackthis, and I have her log, but I don't have the slightest clue what to look for. The only thing I notice is "Wormradar"
If anyone would be kind enough to look through this log and tell me anything that should be removed, I'd be very happy.

One of the more optional programs in the Microsoft Office suite installs and runs this by default I believe.

I'll have to ask her when I get the chance what she's really experiencing. She's like one of those chickens running around, except without their head. So it's hard to really understand what her problem really is ;|
The toolbar thing that she mentions that I set up for her a long time ago was the Firefox bookmark toolbar. I figured it'd be good for her to have to avoid going to wrong sites ;| My mom has this amazing ability to go on sites she didn't mean to go on.
I can't use firefox, my java and adobe no longer function, so programs that utilize it don't work like pogo, and my world cafe on facebook. There are some emails that I can't open as they requre adobe to be on my computer.
I have an internet explorer link but that won't open, so I am using a bare bones version. (Internet Explorer, running with no add ons. ) I can no longer access any of my saved files in my favorites or book marked. My tool bar that you set up for me that had all my links on it is gone. I can't save anything. I must type my weg site in and put user names and pass words..Like I said it won't save anything for me.
I have uninstalled each firefox, adobe, and java, reinstalled them with no success, so I have uninstalled them again.
I hope this helps. I am ready to just get a new computer...

Deleting these are advisable... also there is apparently no antivirus installed, at least according to HijackThis. You should go download Microsoft's antivirus software. It's free and awesome, what more do you need?
