Hong Kong Police looking for "Kira"

"Edison Chen, a Canadian born Hong Kong actor is recently in a huge scandal involving sexual pictures of himself and 14 various celebrities between 2003 and 2005. He took his laptop in for repair containing some 1,300 pictures of himself and various girls and now the pictures are being leaked on the internet and has become the gossip talk of much of Asia.
Hong Kong Police responded by going on a rampage, sending 100 officers to work on the case and arresting nine people in connection with the pictures leaks. Some of them have been denied bail causing protests in Hong Kong in whether the police are acting on on double standards and what is the line between immoral and unlawful. However even with the arrests, Kira taunted police by announcing he would release more pictures each day.
So far there has been pictures released of:
Gillian Chung Yan-tung, Bobo Chan Man-woon, Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi, Rachel Ngan Wing-sze, Mandy Chen Yu-ju, Candice Chan Si-wai, and Vincy Yeung Wing-ching in some 450+ images.
"Kira" was demanding a blackmail ransom of reportedly of $10 million to stop releasing the images and videos, which implicated some of Hong Kong and Asia's biggest stars including Jackie Chan in what some sources say.
Its not sure if Kira's demands have been met yet, only time will tell if he/she decides to release more videos/images.

Coming from HK, this is, of course, relevant to my interests. My friends from back home and I have been exchanging photos since they first came out around January. Just kinda gives you a taste of what it's like to be a star in Asian countries. The girls are sluts, all of them.
Although, I'm "too lazy" to upload them for you guys. Doubt you'll be interested anyway.

Same, me and my friend have exchanged pictures ever since January also. The girls he had a scandal with are kinda pretty, but let's just say.. They are HAIRY!!!

Oh crap, if this were to happen in America, anime would be fucked. Just like how everyone is attacking video games for political gain, people are gonna say anime is influencing our societies young-ins and all that shit. I predict sometime in the future this information on "kira" will be brought up in a debate over the "murder and sexual messages in 'cartoons'".

No, its banned, what the debate is about is whether it should be banned. With this whole scandal and the use of the name Kira, there are going to be people who are against Death Note saying that it influences people to do really messed up shit, or something to that effect.

Lol, Google keywords and you"ll find the pictures. I don't know about Jackie Chan being in any of these pics, but he was in a porn movie at one point.

ok this will defenintly come back to haunt western anime as a whole. the police double standerd has been a problem in hong kong for years.(u all know it). the debate of violance in anime is a huge issue in China, Vietnam, Laos,North Korea, ect. and this is giving them a huge push in a bad direction 4 all of us. the death note haters r gonna healy hate where it leads because the fans that were hurt by this r gonna lash out at them on the net. unforntlaty death note is gonna stay banned in china and the most of the contential asia will follow suit(so sad). as 4 "kira" u really f**ked it up for the rest of us.
