How likely is it for a guy to get arrested?

I was reading about the Nova Scotia man pleading guilty to possessing child pornography (both actual and hentai (link)) and wondered how likely it is for internauts to get arrested for downloading hentai depicting underage people having sex. Fakku has plenty of such manga, and I do have some on my HDD. Of course, I don't have (and never had) pictures of actual children having sex. The guys who got arrested did so, and that was probably what caught the police's attention in the first place.
However, in a country that clearly hates anime (Canada) and forbids lolicon and shotacon: how likely is it for a guy to get arrested simply because he downloaded such manga? I'm getting a little scared... should I shy away from Fakku?

you can do the DOS CMD trick to hide a .rar file with your collections in disguise of a JPEG of your choice. No one will suspect it is a .rar file as when they double click, its shown a picture, but when you right click, you can explore deeper or extract the files ;P pretty nifty trick if i do say so myself.

The probability of getting cough raises substantially for those stupid enough to share or gloat about their 'collection'. Some Internet providers are also more likely to check your activity.
Still - the thing that is usually hunted is real child porn and not hentai of any sort.

Dunno how it is in canada, but from where I'm from it's pretty much safe to be an lolicon unless you keep photos of real underaged girls ( In Sweden = Deep into shit )

Lol.. at the Hibia comment. Anyway, Burning could be good.. but like PersonDude mentioned, it won't work. Who knows, maybe it would work. I'm not in charge of finding out who does and does not have cp, so I wouldn't know for sure.
Personally, I wouldn't take the risk. Lol, I have too much to lose plus it must be pretty humiliating to show up on national television (or at least the local news stations) as being a predator or being a collector of cp. Lmao... wow. I want to clarify that I do not possess cp. I never did. I also do not possess actual hentai manga. The couple of shotas I have are on my HDD, and the "worst" thing I have would be Saigado's Yuri & Friends.
