Yeah most were just stupid crap like image spam, spam, and post limits in a thread, along with other stuff like, insulting users, rick roll, flaming trolls, telling other users to go die, etc.
My only notable one was when I hijacked some super mods account =/

Since the thread is still alive I will start. I have only ever been banned from FAKKU! and it was by Raze. Me and KLoWn were having a guru fight. I think that's the best way too describe it. Long story short the images were so hawt that they over loaded the server resulting in me getting banned for two days.

I've been banned from WoW twice. I was banned from Earthrise forums because I private messaged a mod. with a lot of hate when my thread was deleted (I'm assuming I was banned. It was a "Not playing this shitty game" message"). Was banned from Dragonadopters because I made a "Cripples are funny" thread trying to get banned.
Oh yeah I got banned from my TWL,TOW,CAL clans website and servers because once I left them I flamed a site with the [MIA] tag still on.

I've only ever been banned from gamefaqs and it was intentional. After having an account there for like 2 years I got tierd and commited account suicide.
