Apparently, this is the third weakest subject in the forums in terms of # of topics.
So, how often do you guys exercise and what do you do?
For me, it depends on the amount of schoolwork.
On a good week,
-I'll probably run twice
(one being 5+ mile run, the other being 3+ miles of sprint intervals with uphills)
-and weightlift three days
(compound exercises like deadlifts and pullups)
Football and badminton weekly, tennis usually weekly in the summer, dog walking...I'm generally very lazy, it's just that I enjoy those/use them to catch up with friends.
Walking 5km every night, Bodypump classes once a week, weight-training (well, grabbing some weights and doing the tri/biceps movements that the Bodypump teacher taught me) three times a week. Sometimes a bike ride a couple of times a week.
I get anxious if I don't get off my arse for a day.
It depends on the season. During the fall I have gymnastics practice for an hour and a half every day Tuesday-Thursday and meets every Friday (which last a couple hours). During the spring I have rugby practice every Tuesday and Thurday for an hour and a half. I also walk the dog for about half an hour every day.
Sword practice, parkour, knife practice, short stick practice, crunches, swimming laps, weight lifting and punching everyday. I need to get back into running.
They say masterbating counts.. every day babe & some times twice a day.

But seriously I used to work out a lot 2-4 hours a day when I had some where to be. Now that I left school I got lazy and don't do a thing sure I try to start agian but with out needing to be some where there seems to be no point.
