While I see your point, and no offense, if you're going to tell me you didn't view some sort of porn before you turned 18 because of rules, I'm going to call BS.

Ok, to reinforce what has already been said, those are the rules, and they are the rules for a reason. That reason being, I'm assuming, this is a site based in the United States, so those in charge of this site could get into legal trouble if they know you are underage and still allow you to view what is considered "adult material."
They wouldn't be dicks for not saying "oh, just let it slide," and banning someone who is underage, even if they were close to being of age.
It's a legal issue, personal opinion is irrelevant.
And I'm sure most of us started looking at porn before we were legally old enough, but that's irrelevant as well. And if you were 17 going to by a porno mag, you wouldn't tell the clerk you were 17, would you?

Even though the rules clearly state that one has to be 18 to sign up as a member of Fakku, some of you are either ignoring it or trying to be funny on the forums. Sure, I don't mind a little fooling around every now and then; it makes the community a lot more interesting. However, for those who have posted replies about being underage, I would urge you to look at the bigger picture.
A number of countries are cracking down on adult sites, and one reason they provide would be the protection of minors from obscene material. As most of you have already seen and experienced, some of our upload links have been deleted by reporters. Therefore, you never know who may be watching the site secretly, waiting for an excuse to clamp down on us.
The rules are there for a reason and I hope you people abide by them.
