I remember discussing about that dog on a different site. The dog is missing the hormone that makes his muscles rest, so that means his muscles are active even when he is inactive. There was an incident where that hormone was missing in a human child, and that child had fully developed muscles at the age of 4. I hope scientists find out how to do that, just think about it you'll be looking like Arnold without ever going into a gym.
