you only get custom title if your beyond awesome.

Not totally true, originally you can have custom titles when you have more than 1000 post and more than 70 post.

I changed mine into "FAKKU ELDER!" and KLoWn changed his rank into "FAKKU ~PimpLord~".

But Jacob disables it, and will implement it sometime in the future.

I'd totally buy one of those. -_-

Me too, is there a special place where mods get them, or can anyone buy them. There's a few people I'd like to "ban from life" and one of those would be perfect.

The only "ranking" that really matters around here is pretty much just what people think of you. Moderator just means the admins like you because you've proven yourself to them in some way (and that they actually needed another mod at the time). Uploader means you're respected by the community pretty much by default by giving us what we're all here for. Otherwise people (like me) who just talk here should be happy enough not being hated or thought of as a noob. If you're really lucky people here might actually even respect you a little but mostly you earn that by being amusing, making your own cult (*coughwaarcough*), or actually being reasonably intelligent most of the time.
