I have lost my appetite

these past few days I just can't eat as much as I normally do.I don't have any fever , I just can't finish my daily meal. Am I turning into alien?? I can still play online games without feeling any hunger , Sandwich in the breakfast and I can go till the evening without any lunch or anything.

If you just eat once a day your metabolism will slow down. You will feel less energetic because you are not providing your body fuel. Your body will go into "starvation mode" using the available fat in your storage deposits. You will also lose your muscle tone.

If you live a sedentary lifestyle, chances are you won't be hungry because you aren't using much energy.

Hey isn't that fine i mean its sorta like a diet right now...i mean if your well uhm fat that is you shouldn't worry to much about that your appetite will come coming back with a vengeance someday..heheh

Did you get a girlfriend recently? The only time where I COMPLETELY lost my apetite was when I declared to my gf. The first month or so I didn't have any apetite at all. (and I used to eat like a pig. You know, those people that eat, eat, eat and don't get fat? I'm like that)
