tree, shrub, wooden stick, a really thin mongol person whatever point is that because it's behind something like that it may have given you taht impression that some spirit is actually looking at you.

Pareidolia, that's the explanation. It's not a spirit. It's like seeing a face in the clouds, your mind recognizes a familiar pattern and makes you see it that way, that is all.

At first I thought OMG a ghost! Then I looked closer and realized it was just the reflection of the seat in the car. upon further inspection I saw that what I THOUGHT was a shadow of hair was actually grass through the tinted window, and the grond by it sort of gives a shifty shadow effect making it look like a ghost. So...yeah....wait, who was taking pics of you two while you slept? Its a ghost!!!!

Either you're thinking too much or you watched too many ghost/paranormal related shows. I can't see anything in the picture even with you circling the picture I still don't see anything that looks like some sort of a spirit...
