You know, I always wondered why Indonesia is such a crappy sports country. Seriously, with a population of more than 200,000,000, there has to be at least 10 people that are good enough for a gold medal.
Well, I guess sports are not a big concern for them right now.
Wow, I didn't say anything about Indonesia, but you knew what country that I was talking. Are you psychic?
(You probably cross check the numbers with my country of origin  )
Yeah, we're only good at badminton and weightlifting, it sucks more when your Athens badminton champ, Taufik Hidayat got beaten in the first round.
Good thing we won the gold for Badminton Men doubles.
I think we tend to skip basic training and go to playing instead. That's why we suck in the real game. We play too much. And I think the scouters did a lousy job.
And after retiring from a great athlete, Indonesia won't bother with them anymore. Some went to a stable life, some plunge down in society, become parking guy, or other under payed job.
It's a shame Chris John can't compete in boxing, his already a Pro in the WBA, So he can't join.
