I think his shoes were the best thing he could have thrown at Bush. I mean they do got screenings for stuff like this... metal detectors and shit like that. They probably almost considered not allowing shoes (shoe bombs!) for all we know. It woulda been suspecious if the dude was tyin his belt to his shoe to make it a sling and launch it at Bush. Overall I give that dude a 4.5/5 for his Attempt. I give Bush a 5/5 for dodging so well.

Throwing shoes, in Asian / Islam , alot of Eastern countries, Throwing a shoe at a person is the biggest insult.

Obviously, this concept was also unclear to Bush, given the way he dismissed it.

Speaking of that, a couple of days after the election my friend just randomly calls my house and he's totally trashed. I really didn't understand much, but he was pretty upset that the White House wasn't gonna have rose garden anymore because they're gonna tear it up and plant watermelons. I don't know if he was serious or just being funny in a racist sense, but I thought it was fucking funny as hell.

If its the "in" thing to do I've been "in" for a long time. I'm not an actual racist, but there really is no harm in making jokes. People might get pissed off, you might catch a beat down, or you might get killed. I mean, getting killed would kind of suck, but at least you wouldn't have to worry about that type of shit anymore. So, you just really need to "worry" about catching a beat down because some people don't fuck around, but in those cases, you just figure out who you should and shouldn't say shit around. Its all good, regardless. Wounds and shit heal.

Yeah, probably, unless I don't actually have to talk to people. I can be friendly when I want to be, but I prefer doing my own thing, whatever that is.

You're right. I think anyone who got a chance to see the man who single handlely responsible for the destruction of his life , family , and country want to do that. It got nothing to do with being Islam or anything like it. It's pretty logical if you think about it.
