Internet sex is basically interactive masturbation. It's sort of like one of those old text RPGs, where you enter a command, and the game tells you something. It can be fun (since it is essentially masturbation), but it can be annoying, too. If the other person isn't good, you might as well read an erotic story or something, and of course, typing while masturbation can be hard to do. Plus, you have to respond to the other person, so you have to be able to stroke it while thinking of a response and typing it.
Of course, if you're using mics or webcams, it's a totally different experience, and I don't what it's like then, since I've never done it with a mic or a webcam. Hell, I haven't even cybered in over three years. I did it a couple of times when I first started using the Internet at home, and then a bit later when a girlfriend was an avid computer user.
Anyways, there's nothing wrong with it. It's no more pathetic than jacking it while looking at porn (and if you don't think that's pathetic, as I don't, then you shouldn't think cybering is pathetic). But I wouldn't ever be in a relationship where all our sex took place over the internet. That'd be
madness.
Agreed. Though, I have experience in that area .-. I've made a video clip or two, but only for significant people, not just joe shmo on the internets.
They're fun in a sense, but it would not replace real sex. Not even by a fraction.
