If it happens, this site probably won't be affected. I hope.
Some ugly scenarios:
1. Bandwidth caps with zero rating or service packages
In this scenario some services will not count against your monthly data limit or you'll be able to pay for unlimited use of a particular service. FAKKU being a porn service will probably not be included in any such thing, i.e. it will always count towards your bandwidth cap. If FAKKU wants to get into anime, that could get pretty ugly for us.
2. Fast lanes/Slow lanes
In this scenario basically everything gets throttled unless a service pays extra money to have their data prioritized. No idea what these prices would look like but most likely the site would get slower.
3. Outright Blocking
FAKKU has some questionable content. The current net neutrality rules strictly forbid blocking websites. Removing these would allow ISPs to simply block anything they don't like. I'm not saying it will happen or that it's even likely to happen but it would be possible and very scary.
Optimistically nothing serious will happen but I have doubts about that. Things like fast lanes have been discussed by ISPs for a while now. There's no way to be 100% certain of how things will play out, but personally I really don't like the idea of such large corporations given the power to freely choose how their services are delivered. Not to mention if they produce their own content they are likely to push that over competitors. It doesn't smell right to me.
