Well back on topic i kinda liked his way of sense in humor Japanese humor never fail me another reason for me to develop towards japan

its funny, but waars got a point... not only is party boy funnier but hes also alot more direct in presentation. not only that, but if gay is determined by how few clothes you wear party boy is beyond hard gay... hes rocklike gay.

Party Boy is alright, but overall, Hard Gay is so much better. Even though I find it funny on a level, Pontius doesn't really do much except fuck with people as Party Boy. In terms of actual humor, Hard Gay is funnier because his style isn't as alienating. The character is also a lot more than just a comedy act. Masaki Sumitani actually does things to help people as Hard Gay, not to mention he was a wrestler and even though it has no real relevance his wife is pretty hot.

The comparison is a classic "American culture vs. other cultures in general" type thing. Don't get me wrong, I'm American and I respect the culture, but if the world's nations were a class of students, the US would be that asshole that everyone talks shit about.

i think thats why i love party boy and jack ass in general, theres no punch line or joke in hidden agenda... its about alienation and making a complete ass of yourself. and your right, that kind of thing could only be made on this side of the pond. theres no other ethnicity that would allow kids voluntarily destroying public property and mutilating themselves for a laugh. oh, and wearing a thong in public and gettin theyre groove on.
