Is there any means to install Japanese language support(So I can attempt to use some of the games downloaded from here) WITHOUT the XP CD?
I'm not especially against buying the wretched thing again, but I REALLY would prefer not to, if possible. I had the thing, I really did(It came with the computer, I think), but it's gone missing.

You might be able to download the stuff from the official website. Or, failing that, from a not-so-official website.
I dunno though. The only other thing I could suggest is borrowing the disk from a friend and installing the language packs.

You could if you computer has the i386 folder under your C: Drive. That folder contains all the files found on the Windows XP CD.
The East Asian Language support files are locate under the D:\Windows\i386\lang directory. When the wizard asks you for the CD, just browse to the folder and select it.
If you don't have the folder, you can download it from the internet. Just type i386 folder torrent in Google and go to the first link. You're gonna need some seeds though.
