Where I live we have a snack called Japanese (Japanese style/type) peanuts, they are roasted peanuts covered in a hard crunchy shell of something, some people say that is flour along with soy sauce and other ingredients, others say that is only flour.
Well I am trying to make those type of peanuts for a while now without much success. Anyone there knows how to make it? I will add the address of a site with a pic of the peanuts.
