let me know what your favorite Confit, Conserves, Fruit butter, Fruit cheese, Fruit curd, Fruit spread, Jam, Jelly, Marmalade, or Preserves might be. a picture would be nice. perhaps local names other than the ones i have listed. I am not familiar with every fruit of the world, so if i miss your fave, just select other, and please post the ones you like. I for one enjoy Plum and Peach jam..............my grandfather makes wild plum jam, and it is out of this world.......toast, english muffin, bagel, its all good.
