The girl with white hair is Yowane Haku she is a fan made vocaloid based on people who fails to create a vocal tune of miku hatsune...
She's more of a soft version of miku in terms of voice

I think that nenroid like video of the Haruhi cast is pretty cute, saw it a few months back, theres another one that I find awesome, the one when they do the lucky star opening them, I will post it if I find it again.
