Mafia Vs Yakuza

The Mafia are crueler mainly cause Italians have no morals and no respect.

The Yakuza will chop your balls off but at least they'd apolagise while doing it and use a sharp blade thats reasonably clean. (Quick... Like gutting a fish)

The Mafia would probably slap you in the face, Call your mother a whore, Spit on you then have a shave and use said blade to do their dirty business.

The mafia - they are more world-wide. I can not say which particular one, but if you were to piss one off, I'm sure they'd have contacts with other mafia groups.Thus resulting in a world of pain for you.

Mafia. More widespread. You got the Italians, Russians, New Yorkians, Chigacoians, Mexicans, Jewish, etc.
I know its cool and all that some Yakuza use swords, but even actual Yakuza members rule that guns are better, and who uses guns? Mafia members.

Judging them by weaponry, I would say that the Mafia is easily the cruelest of the two. That, and I love molotov cocktails.

If they had no respect, then the Ten Commandments wouldn't exist.

If you want to talk about cruelty, the Eastern European/Russiam mobs are pretty hard to beat; drugs, prostitution, people trafficking and violence combined with ease of access to former-Warsaw Pact arsenals. When I lived in West London, certain areas were Poland-Towns and you don't mess with these guys, UFC-physique the norm.

Apache vs. Gladiator was much worse. Because for starters, gladiators were not warriors of Rome. Their weapons were based on mythic encounters and were not made to be effective or practical, but rather to build suspense and for theatrics. I mean, really... a net/trident? Who the fuck are they kidding.

And why not choose the Gladius as one of the Gladiator's weapons? You know, the weapon they were named after. And an actual weapon with some merit to it. Or perhaps the Roman composite bow, which was stronger than any native American bow and had a much greater velocity.

Mafia hands down.

Disrespect or cross the Mafia, you get tortured then murdered in symbolic ways; hands cut off, bird stuffed in your mouth, money stuffed in the ass... or just murdered.

Disrespect the Yakuza and you get your fingertips cut off or possibly killed for extreme offenses. Yakuza is also heavily involved in forced prostitution of young women and girls.

I think they're both pretty fucked up.

That is really kind of vague. You Say Mafia but you dont state which. The Yakuza are strictly japanese where as the mafia you have the russians, the cubans ect ect
so to be honest its kind of one sided discussion if you ask me
