Make a choice....

I find the premise of this thread to be flawed, that there would be two sides - one Justice and one "Freedom."

I know it was called the side that lives according to their natures, but why couldn't that side do so in harmony with the rest?

I'd be on the side on justice. I wouldn't trust the other side.

What is the point in fighting towards the impossible? as good as the Light side may be there will always be crime, it's human nature. I'd go with the side of desire. Atleast I'd die a happy man, or I'd gain enough power to enjoy the royalty gained from conquering the weak

well since the other side(dark) would do what they want(feel) not what they have to do(justice) to maintain the public facade i think that : "that side would be the most reliable because they would act the way you would expect them to normally"(their personality wouldn't change for any reason).

This thread is so flawed I don't know where to start, or even know what side stands for what. Since I really don't understand the sides because they don't make sense the side of justice could easily live out their "true desires" because desires aren't always "evil".

Though what I guess your trying to say is do you pick the side of "Good" or "Evil". First the world is not black and white it's all shades of gray. Though if it comes down to it I'd pick the good side, because the "Evil" side would include serial killers, rapists, Nazi's ect... so supporting their side is out of the question.

...as well as any minority that didn't fit the bill of what "normal" constitutes by the majority.

The tighter or more lawful you try to make the society the more and more people you exclude for various reasons. There's no one justice that encompasses us all, we're just that different.

However for society as a whole to survive and thrive it takes all kinds.
Conflict is inevitable and a part of life.

As the various parts of society vie for their brand of justice and morals to win eventually a dominant part may emerge. However by it's very nature only a minority will truly identify this code, and thus the rule of majority becomes the rule of minority.
The cowed majority (except for the fringe who are outright hunted under the new rule) accepts the curbing of their own ideals rather than risk being targeted themselves and pushed onto the fringe.

We, humans, are not the wind, we are just leaves. Regardless of where we want to be, we have no choice but to go where the wind takes us. All things are subject to their own laws, but when 2 things interact, the laws of that which is greater supersede all other laws. A leaf being carried by the wind is still a leaf, and naturally, it follows the laws that govern the leaf, but nonetheless, it will still be carried by the wind.

I get the part where this post is flawed but thats what makes it more interesting yes? You could think up of anything being good and evil, nobody knows. It all depends on one's true self. Thats why I chose my stand up there. hehehe

I gotta say that i'd probably alternate between the two. It all depends on the situation i'd be in and all the variables

I choose the dark side. I don't like the Justice side because I don't want lies and dark stuff kept from the people. ..And.. The dark side is awesome, you can use lightning and stuff.

I would choose the dark side because no matter when or where government is always corrupt. Therefore if i had a choice why would i choose the good side when they are corrupt anyways?

there's a saying that goes "justice always prevails", I believe that the goodside is my standing point.

Although Law is annoying, It keeps us safe. To allow anybody to do anything.. We're all screwed. Everybody killing each other, stealing, raping,ect.It's natural for humans to find anarchy. That's the reason why we made justice. So that we won't be screwed
