A man was arrested in Casey County late Thursday night and charged in a fatal shooting incident from earlier in the day.
The incident happened at a home on US 127 North just before 5 p.m. Thursday. Police say Isidro Perez, 25, shot the victim, whose identity is still not known. Police say it's taking some time to sort out details because of a Spanish language barrier.
Perez is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.He is being held in the Casey County Detention Center.

Ohhh. I thought you meant he was arrested for murder but there was no clear victim. He just killed somebody whose identity cannot be defined.
