In all honesty there is bacteria and viruses on every square inch of surface, and in the air too, soaps and sanitizers may "kill 99.9% of bacteria, but .1% of a trillion is still quite alot, and those all reproduce at an alarming rate, not to mention the millions you pick up by brushung your hand on something.
