HI!!!! HI!!!!!
I'm on a mission to find some authentic japanese cuisine and no I don't mean just sushi. I don't know why people assume sushi is the only kind of food that's Japanese. I want to try some takoyaki, onigiri, and dango and I want to know if anyone has seen a restaurant, convenience store, any place else that sells them. I just want to try them and I am not going to assume whatever i get in las vegas is equal to the real thing in Japan. I'll try the real deal when I get enough money to go there.
So, Any clues guys/girls?
I don't know where you can buy the stuff ready, but if you are willing to work a bit for you Japanese treats here is a youtube link where you can learn how to make many of those foods, I personally recommend this one since the instructions are clear and easy to understand, plus has the ingredient list

, and if you want some more I have started a treat here in food and cooking named experimental cooking, where I added a nikuman recipe and how to do it.
Shopping for some ingredients might be tricky but once you get them making the stuff gets easy, good luck if you try making them yourself.
