mkv playback problem

While you're at it, please personally ask a "mod" to move this thread in the proper area instead of creating another thread that is very similar to this one.

And about your playback issues, you might want to "elaborate" more on the details so that it would become easier for the rest of us to help you out...

But then again I'd still suggest CCCP (codec pack) for starters.

I use VLC. Plays dang near any format, mkv included.

1) Install DivX Player 7.
2) Play .mkv video
3) ???
4) Profit!

Well, it's pretty much accurate, right down the questionable actions preformed while watching the video. :P
