Good job. You seem to work on poses and such, which is good, but you also need to work on backgrounds, work more on bodily proportions**, etc. to make them awesome.
Right now, the way your draw hair and such is kinda blocky. It isn't bad, it's more of a first step towards understanding the flow of certain objects.
I think you also need work on proportion, anatomy, shadow, etc. Aside from what your friends say.

So yeah, my progress on the above image was fucked over because SAI stopped working for me (I have to pay now).
Anyway, here's a list of things have to do still:
1. Friend's birthday pic (75% done)
2. Fakku!: The Anime - Spalose & Lolis (0% done, will probably put off till later due to lack of skill)
3. VUVC mascot/art (concept is done, but only in my head. It always looks better that way... <.<)
