Hmm... not a bad start. Though it does kinda suck, in my opinion anyways. But it's okay since your just started. I'd suggest you start reading on some tutorials on how to make tags/sigs. Pixel2Life has a wide selections of tuts to learn from. I'd also suggest on you getting the basic concept of color blending, depth and lighting. It would make your tags much more awesome.
