NAT 3 to NAT 2 for PS3

Well since the previous one got deleted during the matinece and because I'm still having trouble I decided to remake it. My PS3 has type 3 for NAT and I've been trying for the last few days to fix it. I called my isp and they said call Sony. Called Sony they said it was the router. Called them and told them the situation they said they couldn't do anything and that all I could do is turn off my NAT. They said the believe other router are the same. I was recently told by my isp that all i need is a new modem. They said it was because my modem wasn't 2 wire or something and that should fix it (Even though they said that the last time when they sent me my other modem.). So thats my problem. Also I tried everything on that guide on psn on how to fix it but I don't know how to open my ports. Please help. Id like to get this fix so I can use my PS3 efficiently.

You called Sony about how to utilize NAT's? /facepalm.

Just open all your NAT ports...

And how do I do that? Hey I called them because my isp said to do it

just look around in the administration interface until you see something regarding ports, and then forward them all.

And how do I forward them will it say something like forwarding ports? Or like a bunch of numbers?

most likely it will mention something about port forwarding, very likely under a menu related to NAT.
Sometimes port forwarding can also be described as opening ports

UGH. That was so much more detailed but now it is saying "The inbound port range is not correct". And I did it exactly as it told me. I did this one since all of them were the same

Also can it be done wirelessly or does it HAVE to be done on the computer thats connected to the routeR?
