The eyes are the best part, assuming the bottom picture is the original image and the top is the product. Of course, the coloring still needs to be completed and perhaps worked on. If you could do the rest of her body, hair and skin (as well as anything else that there is to do) the same way that you did the eyes, then the picture should turn out pretty good.

Thx the picture isnt finsihed yet, I did try shading/shadows in the skin. If you tilt your screen you could probably see it but isn't dark enough.

Decided to change the skin color to match the eyes and hair. Almost done with the skin but the real challenge is the hair....The hair is suppose to be white/silver but leaving it plain white is boring....

For white hair, a pale blue can be used for shadows so that the hair isn't entirely white.
