I always delete any e-mail title that ask me for help or telling me I'm getting rich, could care less about opening them. It seems opening them just makes you get more of these kind of mails...

This is all garbage. You would never get anything good this easily. That definitely spells "trap".

Have been getting these fairly regularly the last few years. I replied once asking how this could ever work, and the response was also well written but asked for a whole list of personal info like my SS# and bank information on "where they should send the money." If I find that ancient email in one of my old accounts I'll post it.

Nigeria's prime export, beside oil, are these emails asking for generous donations to help a poor fellow. I believe they were called 417's or some three-digit number.

It seems the rest of Africa caught on as well. ><

I imagine replying them in any form would make them target you more. But I wouldn't really know.

This is by far, one of the least convincing scam mails I've seen.

But surely the best course to smuggle 5.7 millions out of the country is to have so little information about the person you're offering the deal to that you need to include a "Sir/Madam" address.
