The rapier fighting style is the most speed and agility based style there is. The slightest movement of the fencer's wrist is all that is needed for most blade based maneuvers. As I stated, this style was developed specifically for dueling while unarmored. Most of the eastern weapon styles are developed for facing multiple opponents and/or use in battle.
What duel wielding style exactly are you referring to?
