I wasn't able to see how the site looked like before until 2008... but I'm surprised of the GREAT improvement of it as the years passed.... of course how it looked now is still the best...

Looking back though, I do personally think it was better to see all the stats of everyone vertically instead of just their post total and rep points.The new way is great, I can now completely ignore what 'rank' you are in reputation and whatnot and only glance at it if I really really want to. I wish there was a 'username only' mode, but I've become accustomed to avatars over time, as compared to BBS boards...
