I woke up about 20 minutes ago and it's 9:14am.
It's a shit-ton better than 4pm.
I hate you if thats ok. I just CANT wake up earlier than 3pm, because I live alone and there's nothing to wake me up. But on 10th of december I will be writing here "got some melatonin from my doctor and now I can seriously start trying to get my sleeping pattern better!!!"
Haha I wish it was a regular thing, it only happens every once in a while :(
But to try and get me up I have my window wide open so my room's a little colder in the morning, I turn my phone alarm on and hide it somewhere across the room, and 10 minutes after my phone goes off, my alarm clock goes off.
Doesn't always work but it does manage to get me up in the morning, even if only briefly
My apartment is cold as hell and it makes it harder for me to get up from my warm bed. And alarms dont usually help with me because I know it will go off in a minute or less and then I can sleep for 5 minutes before I have to wake up for a minute again. + I LOVE sleeping and daytime is kinda boring and I like night time more. The downsides of nights are: the only places that are open are bars, gas stations and some pizza places and most of other people sleep at night, so it can be lonely.
Also I know I shouldnt spam things here, but here something ON topic: I literally lol'd when I just took my doggie out and because it has been snowing the whole day and my dog hates the cold, he tried to keep all of his 4 paws up from the ground AT THE SAME TIME so he fell on the ground and I had to pick him up and warm his little paws for a moment before putting him down again.
