>Skype with someone who insults me frequently (apparently affectionately but it doesn't feel like that), abuses their host privelages on games we play when I annoy them (just by talking, apparently) and messes around with my builds on our Minecraft Creative game.
>Actually wonders why I go quiet on them or why I'm mad at them

- Was stood outside in the rain for half an hour waiting for the Sunday bus. The timetables changed but I thought they went every half an hour, but the one I needed was cut out from the timetable leaving an hour gap. Without it I can only go to work either insanely early, or just on time. Or late if the bus is late.
Could walk, but today by the time I realised I would've been too late and it was pissing it down
When I got to work it was obvious the floor wasn't swept since there were bits all over the floor and the paperwork from cashing up the previous day wasn't done properly.

Manager was in a bad mood because there was a visit that didn't go very well yesterday so she went on the warpath and I got chewed out for doing bugger all in the evening on Monday and not doing the window on Sunday, plus some general complaints that we're all guilty of.
- I usually get told to not bother with the window, and the e-mail wasn't clear on whether there was a window change. It said it didn't have to be done until Monday evening, so I don't see why that was an issue.
- Admittedly I did bugger all on Monday evening, but I took what I thought to be a well-deserved rest. When I was doing a shift with them both that day they got the delivery in within the hour and spent the rest of their shift out the back chatting, surfing the web, and getting coffee. For at least 3 hours. I even had to remind them to sign the cashing up paperwork before they left. And they left their fucking coffee cups around the stock room again for me to clean up. They were even stood at the tills chatting when I first got there. I spent my whole shift trying to redo both front tables, getting stuff out and serving customers; I didn't stop.
Also I had a rude customer. Lil old lady and her husband, both a full face of thunder. She comes up to my till and tells me "Your packs of card in the corner are crammed, we can't get to them. You'd best sort them out or else you'll lose customers" in the rudest way.
Packs of card don't sell that well even if they're merchandised properly, so they're not in our top 50. As far as I'm concerned it's low priority so I ignored the suggestion.
A moment later: "Did you hear me?"
[INTERNAL EYE ROLLING]
[THEY'RE NOT GOING TO LET IT GO ARE THEY?]
"We're in the middle of remerchandising the bays and tables at the moment. It's slow progress but we're working through it. It's on my to-do list among everything else."
Didn't sit well with her. After she paid she left without even so much as a thank you.
What she doesn't know is that our labour budget has been slashed to the point where we can only afford to have everyone on base hours, and on a 10-hour trading day we'll be lucky to have 4 people in. Today we had 3, so only so much can get done if you consider that we have to get stuff out, tidy up after people who put things back in the wrong place
all the time and serve customers, and we were in the middle of doing a stock count as well.
If you don't have intimate knowledge of the store's office politics or what employees are having to do on a day to day basis, don't tell them how to do their fucking job.

Been feeling really lethargic all week and any physical labour I do hurts my back.
Time to pop ibuprofens like sweets again I guess. :V
26th March
Woke up to the sensation of me pissing myself. Lo and behold woke up to slightly damp boxers and had to change them. Thankfully wasn't enough to dampen the bed.
Not done that for years.
