Now i don't know if it`s against the rules, to talk about other forums or not (yes i know ive been here 4 the better part of a year, but theres no guideline to random soooo...) but is any1 else here part of other forums. I`m talking about any foum not just +18. Fakku was the 1st forum i ever joind but i was thinking about checking out the aeris lives hentai forum.

Im a member of alot of diffrent forums, but the one im most active in, except Fakku, is Narutofan.com's forum.
After that, probably Sakurahana.com.

I go on a few forums. Destructoid is the only one I have any attachment to or presence on anymore though. Most other forums bore me within a few months and I just fade out. This site is probably the longest I've been noticeably involved in for more than 12 months and I took close to a year off. The only other site that came close was a really small RP place that I left and rejoined every 4-5 months for a few years.

Never really stayed at other forums for that long till I found FAKKU, and since I got the time to post frequently (frequently to me, maybe not others) I enjoy it here even more.

Fakku is the only forum I have stayed active on in any sense of the word. Others I would just browse maybe chip in 2 cents but, I was relatively unknown.
Here on FAKKU in S.D. the members are engaging, the majority have strong opinions that they back up with facts to complete their argument and are willing to actually listen to a counter-argument rather than brush it off "just because". In debates with Shaggy and Whitelion it's like watching a fighting match between two high level players.
Random is just that; Random. Though not the complete chaos that tends to happen on other forums with their random sections.
I.C. is the pure chaos mixed in with humor and a pinch of insanity. The best analogy I can think of is I.C. is a A.D.H.D child who lost their Ritalin and thought speed was a good substitute.
Jacob and everyone else who is involved from uploaders, and mods to the basic users who maintain order have done a terrific job in developing the community. Other forums tend to be filled with poisonous amounts of drama but, this place feels less like a site and more like a family. Sure, siblings quarrel but, overall I could say I don't hold anything against anyone here. In short

I've been on and off forums ever since I started using the internet. I've found good ones, decent ones, bad ones, the whole shabangabang. Two forums really stick in my mind, both kind of good and kind of bad:
1) The Forum Site
Basically, what it sounds like. It's a big forum with a ton of subforums and topics to talk about. The thing is, because there are so many categories, none of them get a whole lot of activity. Low activity is the worst thing for a forum, so even if all the members are great, the forum can still be shittier than the paper I wipe my ass with. Not surprisingly, the one area of TFS that is always very busy is the Forum Games section, with the typical "Last person to post wins" thread and all the other shit that I detest because it's not even really posting, it's typing words that don't matter at all! Fuck!
2) Mangashare
I was regularly visiting blud's site for scanlations when one day, a link popped up saying that mangashare.com was created. I joined the forums and enjoyed myself for awhile. But there was one very bad thing about the site - Narutards and other idiots who only read and watch mainstream series. It's to be expected, since the site is for scanlations of Naruto and Bleach and One Piece (primarily), but shit, most of the posts on the site involve theories about shit that's going to happen in Bleach, Naruto, or One Piece, and I don't spend a lot of time on any of those series anymore. There was no point being there.

FAKKU is the only forum where i saty long enough
in other forums (too many too remember ~_____~) i just tend to appear when i need something or request something from the site
btw, i feel like FAKKU is not a forum but one big family, so i have no grudge towards anyone here

Fakku & The Random Squad forums are the only places i'm active in. If you see someone else posting as the name animeholic1 or animeholic and they don't have a Saber avatar and or Sig it's not me. Saber for life.

This is the only place I try to stay active on other than GameFAQs, and that's more of an answerboard than anything (even though they have a separate section purely for Q&A). But hell the only sites I frequent at all are this, GameFAQs, Kongregate, Slacker, ZomgAnime and the occasional imageboard.
Off topic note: I just got done watching Kodomo no Jikan and I can't wait for Kodomo no Jikan: Second Term. I just hope it's uncensored right away this time and not only on the DVD... or at least not censored so damn heavily. Now to find something else to watch... hmm I do still have episodes 11 and on for Lucky Star still as well as new episodes for Toradora! coming out. [/offtopic]
