Parts of a series missing?

Hello,
I noticed that with some doujinshi that are part of a series, some parts are missing. For instance, “Hypnosis Quest” by Haitokukan has 5 parts currently, but Fakku is missing part 1 and part 4. Is there a reason for this? Perhaps legal issues obtaining them? Just wondering, as it can leave out parts of the story.

It's the tags most likely. Fakku doesn't hand out tags, like forced, for an arbitrary amount of time for each user.

Fakku may not have the right for the full series.
Fakku has rights for certain books/tanks
and mags
but if it is from a part that fakku do not have the rights than they can't post it.

I only mentioned this as i know similar post have been made
and it turned out the Fakku did not have rights for some of the older stuff / or they have not yet translated.
