I don't know what series it's from but I simply must have one of these mobile suit kits. Can anyone tell me if they were sold in a plastic kit and what scale they were? Would really appreciate it, Thanks.

Well its a Zeta Gundam variant. MSZ-006 D-Ex Ghost Hunter. I think its from Gundam FIX Figuration. This one looks very similar to Zeta Plus Red and Zeta Plus Blue.
This is probably a new and not out yet and I don't think there's a kit for it.
