Please help, trying to find a chapter from a magazine

I'm looking for a specific manga from one of the magazine releases. It was on here a few years ago, but now I can't seem to find it. I don't recall the name.

This about all I remember of the plot:

1. Girl gets heart shaped aphrodisiac candy from friend
2. Girl tries candy and gets horny, masturbates
3. Girl wanders naked and horny out into the local park at night
4. Girl finds oddly phallic drinking fountain faucet
5. Girl proceeds to masturbate using the phallic faucet head
